DBR made it's first international missions trip in 2004. Travel outside the US was new to our ministry, but it was directed by God. Steve went to teach addiction recovery in the local churches, but the Lord had bigger plans which were shown during and after the first trip.
DBR returned to Russia seven times between 2004 & 2008, as well as continuing to support the Ryazan Transition Home. Activities in Russia Included:
>>>Four "Beds for Orphans" projects that provided 200 new beds into orphanages, including 60 cribs for an infant orphanage.
>>>Provided 8 seminars in the cities of Kirov, Ivanovo, and Novosibirsk.
>>>Helped to start and support the Ryazan Transition Home, a residential program for children leaving the orphanages.
>>>Provided support for the Evangelical Church of Ryzan to take its Awana program to the Chapaevski Orphanage.
>>>Helped to start 3 addiction treatment centers.

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
